Goal: To help improve students reading skills in 1st
and 2nd who have been RTI. To make sure RTI program is implemented
correctly. The goal is at the end of 1st and 2nd grade,
these students will be on or above grade level.

I'm wondering if you should separate your ideas in your third row. It seems like sharing results with the school could be its own thing, and you could even add one about getting their feedback on the results.
